1. Interpretation and Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "918kisd" refers to the online casino platform operated under international licensing and accessible through our official website.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the services provided by 918kisd.
• "Platform" refers to the entire website, mobile application and digital services operated by 918kisd.
• "Funds" refers to the balance in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) held in a user's account.

2. User Eligibility

• Having the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, emails, mobile numbers or payment methods — is a violation of these terms and may result in all related accounts being suspended.

During registration, users are required to provide true, accurate and current information including:

• Full name as per identity card (MyKad) or official document.
• An active and reachable email address.
• A mobile number registered in the user's own name.
• A secure and unique password for the 918kisd account.

918kisd reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Users are required to submit a copy of their MyKad or equivalent document within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

918kisd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 for each payment method.
• All deposits must be made from an account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and the funds will be returned without processing.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50.
• The withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes once verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to an account registered in the same user's name.
• Any withdrawal involving bonus funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

918kisd reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that appears suspicious until an internal investigation is complete. Users will be notified via email or live chat if any unusual delay occurs.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

918kisd offers various bonuses to registered members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made.

Welcome Bonus:

• A first bonus of 100% up to a maximum of RM500 is given on a new member's first deposit.
• The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value before any withdrawal from the bonus can be processed.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → total wagering required RM100 × 15 = RM1,500.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → balance RM1,700 → total wagering required RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

VIP and Cashback Programme:

• Members are eligible for a tiered VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
• Weekly cashback percentages vary by tier: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.3%, Gold up to 0.5%, Platinum up to 0.6% and Diamond up to 0.8%.
• Tier upgrades depend on wagering activity and member loyalty to the platform.

6. Game Rules

The 918kisd platform offers various game categories including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, sportsbook, poker, card games and more. Each game has its own rules displayed within the game interface itself.

• Game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or by a live dealer in the case of live casino.
• Any game result that has been finalised cannot be disputed on the grounds that the result was unsatisfactory to the user.
• If a technical disruption occurs during an active game, 918kisd reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the original bet.

7. User Conduct

• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal financial activity.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action if necessary. 918kisd reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

918kisd reserves the right to suspend or close any account temporarily or permanently for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure by the user to submit identity verification documents within the stipulated period.
• Activity suspected of fraud or money laundering.
• A request from the user themselves to close the account.
• Compliance with instructions from authorities or regulatory bodies.

If an account is suspended pending investigation, any valid balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete and no fraud is confirmed. However, if the investigation reveals fraud or a violation, 918kisd reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance including winnings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 918kisd platform — including logos, brand names, visual designs, text, graphics, icons, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 918kisd or its licensors.

• Using the 918kisd brand name, logo, or related materials for commercial purposes without authorisation is a violation of copyright and trademark law.
• Any content generated by users on the platform (reviews, feedback) becomes the property of 918kisd to be used for service improvement purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

918kisd works to keep the platform running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or unexpected outages at all times.

• 918kisd is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
